The challenges I faced in managing teams and driving sales within a fast-paced retail environment sharpened my ability to build systems that sustain high performance, even through turnover and market shifts.

Today, as the Director of Non-Traditional Marketing at Renewal by Andersen, I apply those foundational leadership principles on a larger scale. I’ve scaled marketing teams, refined lead generation strategies, and designed programs that foster growth and employee engagement, especially in challenging labor markets. Through my work at Andersen, I have been able to hone my skills to a razor’s edge in creating scalable systems that drive productivity and align teams toward common goals, all while focusing on leadership development and retention.
