About Me

With over 15 years of experience in retail management and decisive leadership positions, I’ve had the privilege of transforming teams and organizations from the ground up. I’ve learned my lessons in the crucible of failure and the kinship of active mentors. My career began at Menards, where I was in charge of departmental transformations (read as cleaning up a dumpster fire), team development, and customer service initiatives. The challenges I faced in managing teams and driving sales within a fast-paced retail environment sharpened my ability to build systems that sustain high performance, even through turnover and market shifts.

The Menards Era

I learned many lessons in the first 5 years of my management at Menards, those lessons drove me to start asking the why of leadership, the why of development, and kicked off a 15 year journey to consume as much knowledge as I can about everything about leadership, development, management, frameworks, and so much more.

Renewal by Andersen Era

Today, as the Director of Non-Traditional Marketing at Renewal by Andersen, I apply those foundational leadership principles on a larger scale. I’ve scaled marketing teams, refined lead generation strategies, and designed programs that foster growth and employee engagement, especially in challenging labor markets. Through my work at Andersen, I have been able to hone my skills to a razor’s edge in creating scalable systems that drive productivity and align teams toward common goals, all while focusing on leadership development and retention.

My Approach Now

My approach to leadership and management is grounded in real-world experience, blending tactical skills with strategic vision. Whether it’s helping businesses scale through robust systems or coaching leaders to thrive in high-pressure environments, I focus on building sustainable success that lasts. We lift others as we rise, and there is plenty of room at the top.
